Hana | Parnell

About

Hana Parnell is one of the most beautifully considered spaces in Auckland. Warm amber cove lighting traces the ceiling, curved plaster walls soften every corner, and polished concrete floors run throughout — the whole space feels like it was designed to make you immediately exhale.

The offering mirrors Hana’s Grey Lynn location — private infrared sauna and ice bath suites, traditional contrast therapy rooms, PBM red light pod sessions, and massages — all delivered with the same thoughtful, unhurried hospitality the brand is known for.

A curated retail wall sits alongside reception, stocked with wellness products that feel hand-picked rather than generic.

If you’re in Parnell, this is the reset your body has been asking for.
